Asia server services diablo 3 to Korea & China but demand overnumbered supply.
So, many korean play diablo 3 in North-America server when their server full.
There is 'time difference' between America and Asia, so, if you want to play but server full, better use asia server instead NA's.
But you should make new 1 level character and play from the beginning.
